"Excellent Customer Experience"
I've been buying car hire excess cover for a while now. This year, I had to make a claim for the first time, and let me tell ya, it was one of the simplest experiences I've ever had as a customer. The claiming process is super easy and clear-cut, the team was really helpful, and I received my refund in about 10 days from when I kicked things off. I totally recommend this service, and I plan to stick around for many more years, though I sure hope I won't need to claim again!

Booking was a breeze and the price was just right for some peace of mind. We've gone with them in the past, but luckily, we haven't needed to file a claim, so I can't comment on that part of the service.

"Great support from Bettersafe when I needed it most."
I just renewed my yearly policy since I had a fantastic experience with Bettersafe last year. My rental car got hit while it was parked and got damaged. I took the car back to the rental company, who billed me for the damage and provided a replacement vehicle. I filed a claim on the policy and got my full reimbursement in roughly a week. I always had my doubts about whether these policies actually work, but now I can say they definitely do.

Like many others have mentioned before, I can't really evaluate the service's quality or how well it works since I haven't had to make a claim. The sign-up and payment process was easy-peasy, but that's about all I know. I'll definitely provide an update if I ever find myself needing to file a claim.
